Ahhh at this time last year, I would be doing the Chemistry Mock paper. The apprehension of the charging A levels. The silent, furious mugging at the Lecture theatres. And the sweet birthday celebration at Broadway (eh or was it the bak chor mee place) with the surprise cake popping out of nowhere. :D

A year have passed..

It didnt seem that long ago that I was in the middle of Arts Camp.

Where things looked promising and bright, before the start of University.

And that i will break out of my cocoon. Forcibly, if need be. Have i come far? Generally, yes. I am able to speak my mind in most situations. It is only the remaining few that really troubles me. :( And these few are the ones that make me doubtful of my supposed 'change for the better'. Sometimes i get tired of it all, and i retreat back to my shell to recuperate. And then came 'Honey and Clover', a bittersweet anime that lifts my mind off things.

Hmm last week i was so stressed out. This week im too relaxed. When people around me are talking about CAP scores etc. Will i be able to balance this?

How will i spend my day tomorrow?

Birthdays are losing their special meaning gradually. I should learn to treasure myself more, that i am in this world (at times beautiful and simple). Ok i will not be so hard on myself tonight and tomorrow. (eh but i have been in this mood since the weekends -_-)

Oh well. Happy Birthday to me in advance!! :D

I will watch just one episode of Honey and Clover, then do that GEK1507 complementary medicine project report conclusion, and then do more brainstorming on the sociology assignment.

Oh and last night i was surfing the web on the universities in Japan offered for SEP. And now, im inching towards a Jap studies major? Will this be accepted by my family? And by me? I suffered from a burning headache after that. But i WILL go on SEP!! Japan, Canada or New Zealand. Sociology or Japanese Studies. I dunno!! =_=

And the fortune teller in my dreams told me that the decision is up to me. Just before he could read my palm (and i remember this scene vividly. A window at my back with sunlight streaming in, and i was on a chair). I felt something portentous was going to happen as he held my hand and looked in my eyes. His mouth opened and then.. i woke up!! *_*

Cleared blockage 2:37 AM

Like the debris after a storm *sweep*

My mind isnt suffering from strange leaden heaviness anymore after Karate :D

I have been pushing myself too hard on mon and tue in English Language. Have been feeling the effects since wed. Better now!

I declare today (what's left of it) and tomorrow Rest Days!! :D

Meeting Riverside ppl for dinner, in honour of Lyndia's birthday. May it be a success!!

Wah this morning was a headache. EL tut, Jap studies lect (the lecturer keeps saying 'ehhhh'! An uncomfortable similarity with me. '_' haha), a nice light lunch with Chermaine (ah the bursts of mo qi~. Felt this way when accompanying Chee Mei at Causeway Point last night. ^^)

But after all that, i went Bugis, this faraway IOI centre (keep walking and walking with threatening skies!), to collect bro's digicam. While i was making use of the nice clean toilet there, i had 2 inspired realizations.

One was that my new slippers would often stick to a smooth floor when i stand too long, because of SUCTION power. -_-

Two was that i can use the digicam to take photos of Sensei's bday celebration. His bday is on the 20th of October.

And during Karate, while doing the kata's, i thought that i will not let others and their talk affect me. I will be myself. I need not stick to any group. I will be mobile. And after clearing that from my head, i was able to concentrate very well. (except for some times when i lost pace after a wrong move)

During one of the sequences, the sensei said i had improved!! :D Dunno whether he meant he thought i was pretty bad but now im ok, or that im now better than ok. haha.

Ok im taking things too seriously again. It's ONLY a cca. But without it, i will have nufin else to think about besides studies, which may get dreary after a while.

And today, Jaslene said i looked stressed (yet another!). But im better now. :D

I will have to convince myself that what im doing now is enough.
'enough is enough? never enough!' :p

Here I am!! Instead of prose..

Honey & Clover nightly sessions. ^_^ I will only watch 2 episodes a night!!

The 3 H's: Humble, Hardworking, and Head-strong!! That's what im adhering to this week.

Karate!! Every punch must be faster, sharper than the previous one. Onwards!!

Fatigue. (related to point above -_-)

EL trauma. Past few days had been banging that orange book. Ugh.

Neglected other 4 modules. Sob sob. We protest!

The Tempest is actually entertaining! (when read in modern language format :D )

Wendy, the wushu senior, i like!! :D

And Shi Lei, the karate senior, reminds me so much of a older version of Shu Ying! Surname Ng, and also from M'sia. The elder sis that i could have.

Today, i felt so heavy. Thought it was purely physical and mental but observant Kai kai pointed out that it was more emotional. Without me feeling it!!

Im taking things too seriously again! I will not allow this to ruin what i have made for myself so far. And am still building up. Much still needs improvement.

Remember: expansion, establishment, exploration! The tentative 3 year master plan!

Next storm arising: soci essay -_-
