I wanted to blog about the first DAY of school but oh well, time passes. ^^
If i had blogged about the first day, it will be another depressing story, lonely and self-pitying. But after viewing the whole week in perspective, i find that Uni is really a varied experience.On somedays, u can be lonely like crazy, while on others, u are happily surrounded by friends, with too many 'Lunches' to attend.
WHat i have gleamed is that the centre should remain the same. Regardless of environment, u should stay true to youself, and dun mind what is going on around u too much as u cant really control it.
After all, the only thing u are in control of is urself, right? :)
Academic-wise, japanese studies and sociology had the most interesting lectures! Complementary medicine is yawn-inducing (i felt like sleeping only in this lect!), while literature and english language is scarily CHIM!
And i have this kiasu feeling that everybody are now busily studying the readings!! From glimpses of fellow year ones in a serious mood at the library, to a lit-mate saying he already finished the first lit text, AHHHH. Haha and from the first weekend of school, im already 'behind time'.
And today shall be another 'solitary' day.
