Band concert
What can i say? It was wonderful :) But painful for the butt. 7.30-11pm.
The concert hall was so much grander than the one for Rapture. And we were sitting right at the top! circle 3. Really scary to look down. if u fall, its really the end. >_<>
I love Moulin Rouge! They played this during CNY concert and there were tears in my eyes. Really heart-twisting, especially the opening "There was a boy.." (ya the lyrics were running in my head and i was silently singing along ^^) and "Someday I'll fly away.." Too bad they didnt have "Come what may" Gosh my eyes were moist at the end of this piece. *_*
I like the anime soundtracks too like "Spirited away" and "Howl's moving castle". There is this undercurrent of fast moving notes that gave a sense of danger and adventure (sorry i can't differentiate between the instruments, unlike the two pros that sat by my sides) And the quiet, tingling xylophone piece for HMC. Yes, good music do give my stomach the tingles. ^o^
Though the company was spilt into two camps (and i was in the middle >_<), this was what i came for. And its worth the $12. (compared to the $20 for dance). And worth overcoming this darn food allergy (I'm going to see the doc later. so i'm not staying back to study. >_<>
Hmm and what will happen next?
Wah so tired! Laid on my bed at 1+, didnt really sleep well cuz got many flashes of images running through. And they weren't good ones. At least tomorrow is a slack day (newspaper collection anyone??) but the next few days MUST CHEONG! grrrr.. but i think i will be distracted by my new mp4 player (hurray!!) wah must borrow com from brother. Dun like. >_<>
